The "Backstage" Code of Conduct
VibesNearby is a professional network for artists, venues, and fans. We maintain a strict policy against harassment, hate speech, or bullying. Treat every member with the respect you'd expect backstage at a show.
When listing gear in the Marketplace, be honest about its condition. Fraudulent listings, price gouging, or selling stolen equipment will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the network.
The sharing of pirated music, cracked software, or copyrighted material you do not own is strictly prohibited. We are a network of creators—we respect intellectual property.
Venues and promoters should only post legitimate opportunities. Artists should only claim gigs they are qualified for and intend to fulfill. No-showing a claimed gig without notice is grounds for account review.
Referral commissions are a privilege. Do not spam your referral link. Any attempt to "game" the referral system through fake accounts or fraudulent activity will result in the forfeiture of all earned commissions.
VibesNearby administrators reserve the right to remove any content or terminate any account that violates these rules. Decisions made by the Admin Command Center are final.
