By accessing or using the VibesNearby platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use our services.
VibesNearby offers various membership tiers (Artist, Venue, Vendor). Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your member portal.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. VibesNearby maintains a strict No Refund Policy for all digital services, including but not limited to monthly subscriptions, featured placements, and marketplace listing fees.
Reasoning: Because a significant portion of every transaction is instantly allocated and distributed to our Artist Referral Pool as commissions, we are unable to reverse or refund payments once they have been processed. By purchasing a subscription or listing, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason.
The VibesNearby Marketplace is a platform for members to list music equipment. VibesNearby does not own, sell, or inspect any items listed. All transactions are strictly between the buyer and the seller. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses resulting from marketplace transactions.
Listing Expiration: All marketplace listings expire automatically after 30 days. Listings may be renewed for free by active members.
Active Artist members may earn a 25% recurring commission for referring Venues or Vendors who sign up for a paid subscription. Commissions are tracked in the Backstage portal and paid out via the Admin Command Center once a withdrawable balance is reached.
Users are prohibited from posting fraudulent, illegal, or offensive content. We reserve the right to terminate any account or listing that violates our community standards without notice.
VibesNearby provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of listings, the quality of gear, or the success of gig referrals. In no event shall VibesNearby be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
